About Yoga

Yogasana or asana keeps a person physically and mentally healthy. It keeps person free from diseases. Regular practice of asans ensures healthy nervous system, blood flow to all parts of the body and balanced growth of the body. Yoga practice session is carried out for participants of skill development program. The participants in the Swabhiman Camp are also briefed about the benefits of yoga.  A chapter on yoga has been included in Prabhas Smruti.
